The Tau Tree Meditation |
|
A Powerful Meditation to Aid Self Healing
The Tau Tree and Inner Child Work 1. Visualise a beautiful green field. 2. See yourself walking up to a Beautiful old oak tree. 3. See a hole in the base of the tree And a staircase going down 4. Go down the staircase until you get To the middle of the earth 5. Sit on the floor and see a small seed 6. Plant the seed in front of you and see a watering can 7. Water the newly planted seed 8. See your feet and break off your old dead roots 9. See the new shoots coming from the seed and wrap these around your feet 10. See the new roots pushing you back up the staircase until you get to the surface of the earth and the trunk of the oak tree. 11. See the light which comes up your roots, coming up the oak tree until it gets to the top of the oak tree and the top of your head 12. See two branches of the tree and a dove of piece which sits between the two branches 13. As the light is pulled up past the dove, see a light being pulled down from the sky to connect your lower self with your higher self. 14. In this meditative state, look around in your visualisation and see if there are any younger versions of your self sat on the clouds. If you see any, ask those parts to come back to you 15. Cuddle the “little you” and tell those parts how much you love them 16. Ensure that you do this for all ages which you see, eg 4,5,7, 28 or whatever. 17. When this is done, go to the base of the tree, taking the “little yous” with you 18. See a silver path before you and walk down it until you come to a beautiful lagoon. 19. In the visualisation, take off your clothes and those of your inner children and all wash each other 20. When you are ready, see a waterfall and stand beneath it, allowing the water to wash through your body, and ask yourself to let go of old emotions. 21. This may lead you to feel upset, so just allow this to be released, from your adult self or inner child. Support your inner child and tell them how brave they are.
