Psychodynamic Reiki Counseling ®

Do you want to learn be able a counsellor with trainers who have worked in both Social care and Nursing? Great. Then we’re the trainers for you. This course will enable you to gain the experience you need and help you towards your goal of being a counsellor in either sector AND you’ll be training in an innovative modality that means you and your patients will see improvements FROM the First Session.

 

And, what about you? You’ll be amazed at how your own self esteem and past are healed and this will enable you to be an even more effective counsellor and person in your own right so that you can offer an effective counselling service yourself.

 

So what does the counselling training consist of?

 

There are three elements in the counselling course required in order to practice as a Psychodynamic Reiki Counsellor. Each element when passed will result in a Level 3 Counselling Qualification. All aspects of Counselling Training, Reiki Training and Anatomy and Physiology Training is covered.

 

The counselling training is designed to give you

the counsellor training skills you need in order

to work in the health or social care sectors.

You will learn Reiki Healing and incorporate this,

Reiki Research and Counselling Research in

order to demonstrate and learn effective

symptom relief for your client and self help

techniques.

 

During your course you will be able to pick a

speciality which you would like to concentrate on

perhaps childhood abuse, depression, adult

mental health problems, childhood mental health problems, substance abuse or domestic violence, neurological disorders. You will then be able to demonstrate effective counselling in this area.

 

The course utilises workbooks, multiple choice

questions, practical assessments, case studies,

workshops and supervision

 

This is an intensive 1 year counselling course, and will

be approved by the Counselling Society. The new

Course commences in January 2010 and will involve

self study and course attendance at weekends in

Medway, Kent.
